Males with Nursing degrees can submit applications for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam as Short Service Commission (SSC) Military Nursing Service applicants. Candidates seeking enrollment in the CDS exam need to possess an academic Nursing degree from an accredited institution along with being between 19-24 years of age. General or OBC candidates need to pay INR 200 for their CDS exam application. However, SC/ST applicants do not require payment of any fee. Twice annually the examination takes place before aspirants progress to written exams which are followed by SSB interviews along with medical examinations.

The cut-off marks for general category students in government BSc Nursing colleges exceed 450 NEET scores and therefore admission is unlikely unless you can attend a private college based on location choice and college rankings. If you belongs to EWS category then there is a slight edge to get a seat in government college .FOr this academic year if you want to  progress your study then go with private college else in my opinion put one extra effort one more time and improve a bit.I hope you difinitely grab a good marks and will get a seat in government college.
