Yes, you can join nursing but into a Diploma course i.e GNM which takes students from +2 backgrounds other than BIPC stream. All the best.

The government colleges in Delhi for B.Sc nursing include:
- St. Stephen's College: Offers BSc in Nursing and BSc in Nursing (Post Basic) courses.
- Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University: Offers BSc in Nursing (Kasturba Hospital) course.
- IGNOU Delhi: Offers BSc in Nursing (Post Basic) and several other nursing programs

Yes, admission in BSc Nursing can be done with 90% in 12th grade. While the basic eligibility for BSc Nursing varies depending on different scholarships, having scored above 50% in 12th grade is a common requirement for many scholarships. All the best.

B.Sc Nursing at Pantnagar University is not available yet but the college is trying to add the course to the college. They have various programs offered, such as B.Sc & M.Sc Ag, Ph.D. programs, and B.Tech admissions, among others. The admission to the colleges of the university is made based on the Competitive Entrance Examination, but there is no mention of B.Sc. For now B.Sc in nursing is not available yet but it will be available from next year.
