As admissions in Jamia are done on the basis of 12th percentage that matters a lot but your overall score is much lower than the requirement. You can try in some private universities and get admission there easily.

The session usually begins in July or August for new courses. Since you will give exam in September-October, then result will be out around December atleast. Hence, it won't be possible.
