1. The hotel group conducts a systematic training and education programme (STEP).
2. It conducts interviews to narrow down applicants for the institutes hospitality management programs.
3. The hotel operations and kitchen operations courses are available.
4. It is conducted twice a year, in October and February.
5. The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their 12th grade score for the Oberoi STEP interview process. The application process for the 2023 cycle was completed in February.

CBSE class 10th and class 12th board exam 2020: If any student has less than 75 percent attendance will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced new rules for students appearing for board examinations.
