The registration process of the Odisha NEET Counselling 2025 Stray Vacancy Round is underway from November 10 to November 11, 2025. The detailed schedule for this round is yet to be announced. The third round of counselling was conducted from October 9 to November 8, 2025. This is likely to be the last round. The number of rounds may be extended if seats remain vacant.

Odisha NEET UG counselling process is conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). OJEE conducts the counselling process for the undergraduate medical courses, MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS. It is the state counselling for the 85 per cent State Quota (SQ) seats of the Odisha state. Candidates who qualify for the NEET exam are eligible to participate in this state counselling.
