You will get the college but not the branch. I know you will definitely get the college but you have to work very hard in your B.Tech to cope up with others.

Both are nearly same, but Piloo Modi is only for architecture and it is better there. If you do B.Arch as it is better, although its private, it is the best after NIT Rourkela and IIT Bhubaneswar in terms of architecture.

Bits Hyderabad should b your only preference as it is better than CET in all terms.

Yes, surely you can get all branches except CSE as the closing rank of CSE here is 50k for General.
