Amity University is recognized by UGC. That is enough for colleges abroad. If a University is approved, then it's courses are also recognized and accepted everywhere.

Hi,
A complete online programme will be difficult to find but you can check the University of Mysore and Don Bosco University. Most other universities have distance learning programs which may or may not be fully online. Also, check U18 website for online studies from Indian universities.

That is not possible, as far as I'm aware. You need to be physically present for a course and have a minimum percentage of attendance to get a degree from a government-approved University or college. But, there are colleges outside India offering such degrees, but the authenticity of which cannot be entirely verifiable.
