It depends on your career aspirations and what you want from a working environment. If you really want to work directly on the investment side of things for an investment bank, then a back office role might not be the place to start. It might be less competitive to enter, but it does not guarantee you access to front office roles. A few do work their way to the front office, but they are in the minority. You might find that you are better suited to a back office role, where the slightly more relaxed environment will allow you to thrive. SIBM-Pune is the flagship B-school under Symbiosis International University, hence you can expect the best jobs coming there. Then comes SCMHRD and SIOM. Kindly check the placement reports of these three colleges for more insights.

Hi, Both colleges, Sinhgad Vadgaon and Neville Wadia Pune has almost same fee structure. And their placement records are very impressive. Both colleges provide good placement to students also both the colleges provide internships to students by the college itself in the reputed companies. You can go for either of them, which suits you better. Hope it helps.
