In order to get enrolled in Portland State University for higher studies, all international graduate students are required to fulfill certain admission requirements. The exact entry requirements may differ according to the choice of course. However, PSU demands the following requirements from prospective overseas applicants:

• Completed online application along with non-refundable $65 = INR 5409* application fee;
• Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (in relevant field);
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0;
• Proof of proficiency in the English language (IELTS: 6.5 | IELTS:2 80 | IELTS:27 60 | DET: 120 );
• Letter (s) of recommendations;
• SAT score;
• GMAT/IELTS:7 score (s) if applicable;
• Resume;
• Statement of purpose; and
• Work experience (if applicable).

In order to take admission, the applicants are required to meet the Oregon State University GPA requirement. The details for minimum GPA requirements are given below:

• For admission to undergraduate courses at OSU, the applicants are required to have a High-School Diploma. The minimum GPA requirement is 3.0
• Students must have a bachelor’s degree in order to take admission to the graduate programs of OSU. Even for direct entry admission to graduate programs of OSU, the minimum GPA requirement is 3.0
