Yes, you can do MBA after BPharm from Panjab University. MBA is one of India's most adaptable postgraduate programmes as it accepts students from a variety of educational backgrounds. MBA after pursuing BPharma from Panjab University, is somewhat a doable choice.

BPharm Graduates from Panjab University can find employment in public and private hospitals, clinics, etc. Candidates can even open their own consulting firm or medical business. It is one of the few degrees that allows candidates to pursue a variety of post-graduate opportunities. A BPharma degree can lead to a PG Diploma in Pharmacy, MBA, an MPharma and, other degrees.

Candidates seeking admission to BPharm at Panjab University are required to meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and, one of the following subjects: Biology/ Biotechnology/ Mathematics.

Panjab University BPharm curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. Given below are some of the subjects included in programme: 

  • Human Anatomy and Physiology I – Theory
  • Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry – Theory
  • Biochemistry – Theory
  • Pathophysiology – Theory
  • Pharmaceutical Engineering – Theory
  • Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry I– Theory
  • Industrial Pharmacy I – Practical, etc.

Panjab University BPharm fees include various components such as tuition fees and hostel fees. Candidates who get admission to the BPharm programme must pay the tuition fees. BPharma tuition fee range between INR 70,420 and INR 76,020. Apart from the tuition fees, candidates are required to pay the hostel fees of INR 22,720.

Panjab University BPharm admission is entrance-based for the academic year 2024. Candidates seeking admission to the BPharm programme are required to appear for the entrance examination. Panjab University accepts the rank and scores obtained by candidates in the PU CET UG. Therefore, candidates cannot get direct admission at Punjab University for BPharm.
