The the highest and average packages offered to the Engineering batch 2025 was INR 24 LPA and INR 8.51 LPA, respectively. More than 100 companies took part in the placement drive. There were 356 job offers made during the Punjab University UIET placements 2025.

No, students cannot apply offline for Panjab University. The application process is conducted in online mode. Students must first register for the relevant entrance exam. Then students must fill the university admission form.

Yes, entrance exam is required for admission in Panjab University. The final selection is based on entrance scores . The university accepts PU CET, PU MET, JEE Main, GATE, CAT, etc. However, merit is also considered for admission in some courses.

Panjab University Chandigarh admission 2026 is based on the entrance examination and merit. The final selection is based on PUMET, PU-CET (UG), PU-CET (PG), PU PGLAW, PUTHAT, PULEET, MBAUSOL, PU UGLAW, PU MPhil, and PhD Entrance Test. Merit is also considered for admission in some courses.
