Paramedical Admission Process

In all, 171 paramedical seats are offered for paramedicla courses at AIIMS. This does not include the 571 B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing seats that the institute offers on the basis of the same test. Nonetheless, the number of spots available for the paramedical courses at AIIMS changes annually.

For the August 2023 academic session, additional seats were added to the Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology (MRIT), Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), and Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) programmes at AIIMS Kalyani & AIIMS Rishikesh in the paramedical courses.

Therefore, the notification published by the individual AIIMS institutes will determine the precise number of seats available for each degree.

Beginning on March 5, 2024, AIIMS Delhi will accept basic registrations for AIIMS paramedical courses. On March 12, 2024, the last registration period commenced. To move on with the final registration after completing the basic registration, candidates must generate a code specific to the course. The basic application will be accepted if it is determined that all of the information provided by the candidate is accurate and meets the requirements for eligibility. The AIIMS paramedical registration process adheres to the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) initiative, which was implemented by AIIMS to streamline the entrance examination registration process. This involves storing the candidates' basic information in the AIIMS database, which lowers the possibility of errors and mistakes during the final registration process.
