As per the latest updates on academic qualifications for the year 2024-2025, the cutoff of B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology for AIIMS Delhi is on the basis of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) entrance examination.

 The cutoffs shifting annually on grounds like the number of candidates, their performance, and available seat. However, in the case of the 2024 cutoff, general candidates could expect it to be approximated 50 to 55 percent in the entrance examination, while reservations on other categories might be less.
