IEC University of Engineering in Bikaner is offering B.Tech for part time only but not in evening.
If you want to do in evening you can join distance course that are available in colleges in Bikaner.

Yes, placements are good at Christ for both Freshers and experience candidates, only the package is different. You can check previous years placement records. Except HR all the branches had 90% + placement. And yes no. Of students are quite high that's why it's difficult to place everyone but still they are able to place students in bulk. Christ has a good and strict academics and extracurricular and I'm not saying this lightly. You can ask any student from there. There is a FB group of Christ university, I will suggest you join that group. Everyone either selected or rejected have shared their experience.

Yes, LPU offers part time Ph.D. under subjective condition that only those applicants can pursue part time Ph.D. who are laready self employed/employed and have to present a proof of their working at the time of admission. At Sidharth College of Commerce and Economy, the M.com part time programme costs approximately Rs. 5000 for the first year only. The cost of the entire three-year graduate programme is about Rs. 15,000. This charge covers tuition expenses, gymkhana fees, other fees/extracurricular activities, exam fees and grade card fees, enrollment fees/registration fees, ID-Card & Library Fees, NSS Programme Fees, library fees, and all mandatory lab programme fee, even though this is not a particularly expensive college. The fee schedule is completely affordable for all students.

Students cannot take M.com courses at JNU, as it doesn't provide this course. You have the choice of attending colleges at Delhi University or elsewhere.

Yes, one can do a Ph.D. after a distance MBA. The institute must be recognised by UGC. Universities cannot differentiate between the degrees. The degree earned must be in tandem with the degree mentioned in the eligibility criteria
