If you want to do a part-time Master of Arts (MA) in Hindi, you may get admission to universities like Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

You can do so, but still, it would be safe for you to check with the by-laws of your university, as in certain cases some universities do ban pursuit of additional courses or expect the students to seek NOC. You can complete two degree course as it is not illegal but it will not help you much. If you go for Part time MBA then also you will not be able to show both of your degree at the same time then what is the use of having such degree. If you are that much keen to go for MBA then first of all complete the course of Law and after that go for MBA. However, you must have a comprehensive perspective because getting your pilot's licence should be your first priority.
