Dear Abhishek, Yes, you will be able to apply for government jobs after completing full-time M.Tech in CSE from LPU as LPU doesn't offer part-time M.Tech. I highly recommend LPU for the CSE programme based on the following points:
Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Yes Sujatha, LPU offers a part-time Ph.D. in ECE. Let me share details with you.
Eligibility: You should have a minimum of 55% marks in your master's degree in a relevant subject. After that, you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam if you have not qualified for a national level test such as GATE, UGC NET, CSIR, GPAT, etc. The entrance will have 70% weightage in selection. After that, you have to appear for an interview and qualify for the same and have 30% weightage for the final selection.
You may avail of scholarships also on the basis of LPUNEST or National Level Test.
There is a special scholarship for female students to pursue a full-time or part-time Ph.D. at LPU.
The highlight of the program is the Flexi-Course Work option specially designed to accommodate professionals wherein a student can choose the best-suited option to complete the course work.

Dear Taslim, I have also done a part-time job at LPU while studying there. The minimum amount you get for part-time work is INR 50 and a maximum of INR 150 per hour. You are allowed to work 20 hours per week. Let me share some of the details :

LPU offers talented students jobs as content developers. Students assist research scholars in finding content or write blogs for the university website. SPORTS TRAINERS
To coach and monitor different sports activities and athletics. COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT
Students work as lab assistants helping in the maintenance of computers and networks addressing hardware and software-related issues. LIBRARY ASSISTANTS
Students work part-time as Library Assistants and undertake responsibilities like arranging books, assisting students, and maintaining overall discipline. OFFICE ASSISTANTS
Part-time jobs are offered for interested students in non-academic departments like hostels and university-hospital. STUDENT COUNSELORS

Generally, most Indian B.Com graduates are eligible to take the CPA exam. Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US Education, totaling 90 credits at the end of 3 years. If B.Com is completed in 1st division from a NAAC 'A' university, the 3-year B.Com would be treated as 4 years of US education, I. e. , 120 credits for B.Com alone. Having a 2-year Master's degree (e. g. M.Com MBA) contributes to 60 education credits. Further, professional qualifications like CA/CS/CWA are recognised by few States as 2 years of US education. In case yours is a NAAC 'A' college, you'd be able to appear for the exams. Even if that's not the case, you can pursue bridge courses to get the credits.
