I am not aware whether IIIT Hyderabad offers a part-time Ph.D. in Computer Science or not. But being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that LPU offers this programme.
LPU is one of the best universities to do Ph.D. to enhance your knowledge in the research area.
Let me share something about the Ph.D. program at LPU.
Eligibility: You should have a minimum of 55% marks in your master's degree in a relevant subject. After that, you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam if you have not qualified for a national level test such as GATE, UGC NET, CSIR, GPAT, etc. The entrance will have 70% weightage in selection.
