A career in B.Tech offers immense growth as demand for professionals is always on a high. Job opportunities exist right after the programme. Hello Harmit Singh Dhanda, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in pursuing you are graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in engineering. You have also stated that you want to do it in a part time mode. By this I assume that you are working somewhere and hence are not able to devote full time and three years for completion of degree. In such a condition you need to find a college in a place where you are employed or where you are living which is offering the facility of part time engineering course and then seek from them the procedure to get a seat in their college in this part time course. You can take distance education from anywhere.Unfortunatley Banglore do not have evening law colleges like DU , Jamai but few option could be NLSU, ULC, IP Academy,Bhubneshwari correspondence college.
Age bar on 3 year LL.B is limited so you can explore law colleges in Banglore which allow minimum attendance .Although correspondence LL.B is not valid for practise.
You can also explore on diploma courses in law like PG diploma in corporate law by DDE Symbosis , etc.
MBL from NLSU Banglore could be a good option.
