Hello Anoop Singh, though I do not know off hand and also NIT available on the net, about any possible college offering part time engineering course, I suggest following. Find out from Google list of all engineering colleges in Raipur. Then ring up administration dept of each college to know if they offer part time course. This way you will come to know quickly. I am not aware whether IIIT Hyderabad offers a part-time Ph.D. in Computer Science or not. But being alumni of LPU, I can assure you that LPU offers this programme.
