It's indeed very heartening to hear from you that you are interested in doing your M.Tech in the environmental engineering. Studying while working is perfectly good idea. A B.Tech course is available in structural engineering (lateral entry) which has a duration of three years but it is not part-time rather a full-time course.

As you have already done M.Sc. IT, why are you interested in doing M.Tech. If you want to study further then do Ph.D. in IT or go for MBA or certifications.
