It's indeed very heartening to hear from you that you are interested in doing your M.Tech in the environmental engineering. Studying while working is perfectly good idea. Eligiblity of candidate is candidate should hold a post graduation degree with minimum percentage in the subject concerned, The application form for Mahatma jyotiba phule Rohilkhand University Ph.D. admission will be available online through University's website.
