Yes, you can, but if you are looking for a good college and great marks, you probably need to focus more on CAT and devote time. It is advisable to give more mock exams, if you can manage both then you can go ahead.

To do MBA you should have minimum 50% in your graduation. If you belong to SC/ST then you will be required to maintain minimum 45% in your graduation. Therefore, check your graduation score.

When you have to attend all the classes as per the timing of college, it is called full time. You will get more time to understand the concepts from professor with apt time to perform experiments. On the other hand, in part-time your schedule is tight, you need time for studies as well as for your work.
