Normally, to get into the B.E./B.Tech course at PERI Institute of Technology, you'd need to go through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) for counseling. It's the main process for getting admitted to most engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu, including PERIIT. However, in some cases, if you're from outside Tamil Nadu or if there are leftover seats, you might be able to apply through the management quota or direct admission. This could bypass TNEA, but you'll need to check with the college directly for those specific options.

The fees for courses at PERI Institute of Technology (PERIT) are relatively affordable, especially for an engineering college in Chennai. For B.E./B.Tech, the tuition fees are usually around 55,000 to 65,000 per year, depending on the course and specialization. The hostel fees range between 40,000 to 60,000 annually, with the exact cost depending on the type of accommodation and facilities. There might be additional costs for activities, exams, or other services too. It's not too expensive compared to some private colleges, but it's still something to consider based on your budget
