No, I don't think that you can get a seat in CS. Last year, the closing rank for CS was 1.1k. You can apply through management quota if you want.

Your rank should be above 4500 (as from last year stats). They also text you regarding your Counselling dates and eligibility. Please check pes.edu for latest updates.

PESU was previously known as PESIT as far as I know. By PESIT if you mean the South Campus then it is better to take admission in the main campus (I.e., PESU) .

Since PESSAT is an online exam so previous year papers are not available. Still, if you want to solve you can search for COMEDK previous year papers or BITSAT previous year paper. The difficulty level is somewhat similar.
