First of all, you have to give English language proficiency tests like TOEFL, GRE, etc. Then, you have to search for different scholarships offered by major universities in chemistry. Then you have to apply to them. In short there is no such short method to success. There is no such general exam that can provide you scholarships.

I'm afraid, the eligibility requires chemistry courses - life sciences, physical sciences ,B.Sc general apart from chemistry Honors . You need to have Maths subject in class 12th.

Write GRE and present your statement of purpose to the concerned colleges you want to secure admission in. Often, the GRE subject test gives an added advantage to your proposal.

IISER, Pune offers a programme for integrated M.Sc Ph.D in chemistry. The qualification is through JAM, which is conducted through IITs followed by an interview.
