Hello,
Students from the European Union starting courses in England in the 2020/21 academic year will continue to be eligible for home fee status. This announcement allows the University of Cambridge to confirm that the fee for postgraduate EU students who will start their studies in 2019 or 2020, will be at the applicable Home/EU rate for the duration of their course.

Ph.D. in any government institute is free and we'll stipend, best thing it is open no necessary need for GATE just go for it. Give interviews and get elected, thought GATE is a better option you'll get around 25-30k per months and cost of living is 7-10k. So, a saving of 15-20k a month and 50k for book and laptop so you'll be paid as a job to do Ph.D in government. College, as HRD gives its for all students who qualify GATE then there are companies giving, so assume no one pays to do a Ph.D but get paid.
