It's sad that there is no website that lists the precise costs for the Ph.D. programmes offered by the KV Institute of Management and Information Studies (KVIMIS) in Coimbatore. Inspite of that, I discovered a few potentially useful resources for you.

The application fee per department is INR 1,000 for the General/ Gen-EWS/ OBC category and INR 500 for SC/ST/PWD/Female category candidates. This amount is completely non-refundable. Candidates can deposit the requisite application fee by using net banking or debit/credit card facilities. Additional charges are applicable as per the rule of the concerned bank. The fee is, however, not accepted through any other mode.

The tuition fee for PhD at SNU Chennai is INR 72,000. This fee is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Futher, candidates also have to pay for refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000 ( one-time) & admission fee (one-time) of INR 5,000 at the time of admission. The thesis fee will be INR 15,000, which is to be paid at the time of submission of PhD synopsis)
Additionally, the scholars will be provided with free shared accommodation in the hostel and Married scholars will be provided campus accommodation at a nominal rent.
