Hi,
Distance MBA is valid for PhD. Just ensure your Distance institute in under the affiliation of UGC board and DDE board. The degrees provided by these education boards are valid as same as a regular MBA degree. To qualify for PhD minimum percentage is needed in MBA to qualify. Hello Shanu,
You have scored quite handsomely in M.Sc., congratulations. Almost all universities conduct a screening test of prospective students of Ph.D. You will have to clear this. Then you will have to approach an authorized guide. Then select a topic of research in consultation with this guide. Register and start research. That's all.

If you are going to do MBA, then your package will be decided on the basis of your MBA course and college of your MBA. You can choose any stream in B.Sc. If you have to do MBA after that. B.Sc. doesn't play an important role in deciding your package. It will just help you to move your career in which direction you want to move.
