Yes, with an OJEE general rank of 2204, you have a good chance of securing a B.Pharm seat at Utkal University, though it is not 100% guaranteed. Government pharmacy seats in Odisha typically close within a general rank range of 4500 to 5500, putting your rank safely inside the competitive threshold.

Generally, 4 to 5 seats are available for ST category students, out of 60 seats in Government Pharmacy College, Kangra.  With your 80 percent marks in class 12th, you are eligible for admission to this college, but admission is typically determined through centralized counseling based on entrance exam merit like HPCET.

At 66.7 percentile under ST category, it would be difficult to get any NIT, however, you can get admission in private engineering colleges.

Yes, this is a strict requirement, not just a suggestion as Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) under its rule, B.Pharm students in Mumbai have to complete practical training of 150 hours in hospital, community pharmacy and industry. Practical exposure is compulsory and will directly influence your final degree and job prospects.

For B.Pharm, General pharmacy remains the most in-demand specialisation, but for M.Pharm, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry tend to open doors to better-paying research and industry roles. Students aiming for higher salaries often pair their specialisation with additional certifications or GPAT-based M.Pharm admission.

It is possible at Rayat Bahra University. After completing D. Pharmacy from a PCI approved institute with minimum 50% marks, you can directly join B. Pharn  from 3rd semester but not from 5th semester. That way you would make it 3 year program instead of 4 year program.
