Candidates must pass BSc (PT) or BPT with the duration of study of 3.5 or 4 years from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences or from any other University with at least 50% aggregate to apply for Alvas College of Physiotherapy, Moodubidire MPT course. 

Aspirants who have passed BPT through bridge course or through lateral entry after completing their Diploma in Physiotherapy from institutions can also apply.

Alvas College of Physiotherapy has defined the minimum qualification and aggregate required to apply for a course. Aspirants must fulfil the requirements to apply for admission. Below is the course-wise eligibility:

BPTPre-university exam conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State, with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects with at least 40% aggregate
MPTBSc (PT) or BPT with the duration of study of 3.5 or 4 years from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences or from any other University with at least 50% aggregate
PhDPG degree in Physiotherapy i.e. MPT degree by this university, or a master's degree considered as equivalent by RGUHS

To pursue an MPT Neurology in India, candidates are typically required to appear for entrance exams conducted by universities or national-level bodies. The Common University Entrance Test - Postgraduate (CUET PG) is one of the prominent entrance exams accepted by several universities for MPT admissions. 

The CUET PG assesses candidates on their knowledge of physiotherapy, reasoning, and general aptitude.

I don't think there is any issue. You will be eligible for Bachelor in physiotherapy course provided you fulfill all other educational requirements. As far as I know, all government institutions also have some amount of reservation for PWDs. I think what matters the most is your skills and attitude towards the course or job.

Physiotherapy Course Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Requirements:

Complete 10+2 (Class 12) in the Science stream

Mandatory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English

Minimum aggregate score of 50% in 10+2 (some colleges require 60%)

Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year. 

Entrance Exams:

Not mandatory for all colleges

Some universities accept:

CUET

NEET scores

State-level Common Entrance Tests (CETs). 

Additional Notes:

Biology or Life Sciences must be a core subject

Entrance exam requirements vary by institution

To be eligible for Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy's BPT program, you must have passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. You must be at least 17 years old by December 31, be medically fit, and have a valid AIAHCET score. Cutoffs are 75% (general), 65% (OBC), and 55% (SC/ST).The percentage may vary student should be aware of it.

To be eligible for the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) programme at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, you must have a BPT degree with at least 50%, complete a six-month internship, have a valid AIPGPET score, be an Indian national, and be medically fit. The interested student should prepared themselves accordingly to grasp the chance.

KMCH College of Physiotherapy offers BPT course at the UG level, and MPT course at PG level. Below is the eligibility criteria for KMCH College courses: 

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) 

  • Male and female candidates are eligible to apply
  • Candidates should have passed Class 12 / equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology
  • Vocational stream is not eligible for admission
  • Should have completed 17 years of age as on Dec 31st of the admission year

Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)

  • Male and female candidates are eligible to apply
  • Candidates should have passed BPT degree from a recognised university

To apply for KMCH College of Physiotherapy admission, candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on Dec 31st, of the admission year.
