Bachelors of physiotherapy BPT is an independent profession like MBBS dental or any other medical course. It is not paramedical. BMLT is paramedical, it is a technician course. BPT is not a technician course. Recently, WHO has declared it as an independent profession, not paramedical course? Bachelo

I think the score is a little low. Plus, physiotherapy is also not included in NEET. As per my knowledge, you need to give a separate entrance or apply for it separately in the college of your choice.

The rank always varies every year but a good rank is a virtue on its own. So participate in the counselling rounds and wait for the results. You should get a seat in this course soon.
