It is best if you try to seek admission by August or September because after that, most seats are full and session would have been started. Look at the university's official site which you want to seek for notification regarding admission.

Its hard to tell as if you could arrange a seat in osmania medical college as the cut-off this year is pretty high.
However, you could definitely get the seat under management quota. You have to give OUCET to get seat in Osmania University

Please mention whether you are from science stream or other stream. If you are from science, you can join Bachelor of physiotherapy, depending upon your 10+2 marks. You should have 50% above in PCB which is a must for BPT.

You can choose from the options like Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, MPT in sports physiotherapy etc. BPT is considered as the basic qualification for a candidate to start his career as a physiotherapist. Career in Government sector after BPT are in the area of:
Health care institutions
Rehabilitation Centers for The Handicapped
Sports Training Facilities
Defence Medical Establishments
Universities and Colleges
A BPT holder has lots of career opportunities in private sector. They can enter schools, fitness centers, sports clubs etc. , where trained professionals are in demand and are paid high. BPT holder can start his career as below:
