Yes, of course as you are graduate, you can study B.Ed. No matter it's physiotherapy or any other course.

Yes, you can do MPT courses in Australia after your BPT degree in India. There is no problem in it. You just need to pass in all the subjects of your previous degrees. Best of luck.

Both the courses has their own scope but it is depends upon your interest. Both B.Sc. Cardiology and physiotherapy has. Decent scope. You need to listen your inner voice and your inner skills what is good for you. Hope I am helpful for you.

Both the courses in consideration are quite different in their individual aspects. So, taking in consideration I would suggest that Physiotherapy is a better course to pursue that Technician career.
