If you wish to work with the hospitals or health organizations or start your own individual practice, it will be necessary for you to have a good hand at the practice. So you can either choose to be an intern at a hospital or a physiotherapy center first or else go for higher studies like MPT or Ph.

Yes. It will be mandatory to appear in NEET to get admission in all medical and Paramedical courses from 2019.

It all depends on the field you are interested in because you can't handover your career decision to someone else hands.
