Since you haven't mentioned your location, you can choose to pursue DPT. Vinayaka Mission provides Bachelors in Physiotherapy. Apart from that, you can also choose to pursue PG Diploma from Annamalai University or Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University. Also, a certificate course in physiotherapy is available in Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University.

You should give TS EAMCET exam which can be taken by a student after class 12th with biology and zoology. If you have a good rank, then you will obviously get into OU with your desired branch.

I am assuming you are asking for AIIMS. As per the eligibility criteria, you should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects at 10+2 level.
Candidates belonging to general and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of the aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.
