You should consult with admission authority of your college whether you will be permitted to transfer to another college midway through your course. Mostly, lateral transfers are permitted for students who have a good academic record. Also, check whether your college has a tie-up with the other institute. Make sure you block a seat in the target institute and then give up your seat in the current college. Good Luck!!

Candidates wishing to pursue the course are needed to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria listed below in order to apply for the course:
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, completed from a recognized university, in the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.

The cut off marks for EAMCET entrance differs from college to college. The cut off marks for EAMCET entrance is differ from college to college. After qualifying in the EAMCET entrance you can apply for the universities like,
-Andhra University

You should consult with admission authorities for the counselling dates, and whether you can apply for counselling in the second round of the particular college. Normally admissions goes on well into the 3rd and 4th round of counselling, so there is not much reason to worry or get stressed over it, but my advice to you would be not to risk your admission and go for counselling as soon as possible.
