Nope. You need 60+ marks in maths physics and English. So you have to take an seperate open school to finish these courses.

You can do this. But CPL course is also about the 18-24 months of duration full time course. So you will not be able to spare yourself for the B.Tech degree course. However there is no any technical issue related in doing both courses together.
