After getting commercial pilot license, you have to search for jobs as per the vacancies. You can apply to different airlines and can get a job as a first officer. The training club also assists in getting a job but very few placements are done. It may take 1 or 2 months to get a job but demand of pilots is very high.

There is no guarantee that you will get job after Pilot training. No Flying Institute can ever give such a guarantee. Based on market data and trends of shortage of pilots in aviation industry, probability of getting job after obtaining CPL is very high.
