You need minimum of 40% marks in your UG program to be eligible for the desired course. The application date for the course is also gone if you haven't applied to it yet.

Different colleges have different norms. You can do economic hons even if you don't have it in 12th. There are so many Science student who do take admission in humanity courses but there is a deduction of 2.5% or 10 marks to be precise.

There is no college who give direct admission for M.A. Political Science and other PG courses
You have to clear the entrance exams then you will get admission on the basis of Entrance exam result.

Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.
Accordingly choose the Subjects.

Admission for MA is based on your Bachelors. Most of the colleges ask for Bachelors in the same subject with minimum 50%. If you have this, then you can do this course without any doubt.
