Yes, they will reduce your marks because of the stream change. There are many colleges like Deshbandhu college, Hindu College, Lady Shriram, Miranda House, Ramjas, and many others.

Yes, you can get a decent college in first cut off like Deshbandhu, ASRD and many others. Then in the later cut off you can have probability of getting into Gargi college and can get admission into north campus colleges also. Do one thing check DU portal for previous year cut off to get idea of the college in which you can get admission.

Yes you have definite chances of getting into a good college in North college. First of all fix a seat in first cutoff and then you can wait for more cutoff and when gets chance of a good college then shift into that college.
Don't worry you can get into north campus college. Infact in 1st cutoff you can get into it.
For getting detailed analysis of your chances in a particular college go to to the DU portal and check Previous year cutoffs.
