You can take admission based on your 12th marks. Regarding last year cutoff of B.A. Political Science honours, you must have 90 percent above in 12th. Then you will get a college accordingly.

The school should be affiliated to a recognised board. The application process for admission to B.A. Political Science course begins around the time 10+2 results are declared by the various boards of secondary education in India. The application forms are generally released in the month of May and June every year. The application process may be online or offline depending upon the university.
