The percentage criteria may vary from institute to institute. But majority reputed colleges 50% and above. So, I would suggest you to select the college and check there eligibility before applying.

You can purchase the last 10 year entrance papers. Papers are available on bookstalls near university or you can purchase from the Xerox point of central library of university (Maulana Azad Library).
