Hindu College is affiliated to DU. So you will have to apply to DU for admission. Application for DU exam can be filled online. After that you will have to give entrance exam and then based on your result you will alloted a college after cutoffs. You can apply for state funded scholarships also. They are given out on the basis of need.

The exam will be conducted in the month of December now.

It's very nice to know your interest in pursuing your post graduation from Delhi. There are plenty of good colleges but please remember that the admissions are centralised and are based on the entrance exam. You need to register online and based on your rank you can get a college. The fee for first year is around Rs. 13500. and then second year onwards, it is near about 12500 rs. Total fee is around 38000 rs.
