However, as you said you are in arts stream I doubt you will not be eligible for CSE engineering because PCM is a must condition for the eligibility of CSE.

Maharajas College, Ernakulam has lost it's reputation quite a bit in the recent few years, I would strongly suggest going to a college where at least classes happen once in a while. Go for University College, Trivandrum.
