As per my views, history will be better as compared to political science because history can be interesting and political science can get boring sometimes. However, as you said you are in arts stream I doubt you will not be eligible for CSE engineering because PCM is a must condition for the eligibility of CSE.

Hi, admission in this course depends on your best 4 subjects marks in class 12th.
3 Core subjects+ one Language= best 4 subjects.
If you belong to SC category than you will surely get admission in Ramjas College.

Hi, you will get admission in Delhi university. If you are from general category than you will get admission in north campus colleges in last cut off released by Delhi university. But if you belong to OBC, SC, ST than you will surely get admission in north campus colleges. For more information regarding admission process visit Delhi university website.

Maharajas College, Ernakulam has lost it's reputation quite a bit in the recent few years, I would strongly suggest going to a college where at least classes happen once in a while. Go for University College, Trivandrum.
