Yes, you are eligible to pursue MJMC after completing BA (Hons.) in political science as the candidates need to have a valid graduation degree in any disciple from a recognised university/institute for MJMC.

A career in political science! It's actual graduation that will get you a job or it will take you ahead in your life. You can bid for MBA or civil services examination or do PG and then teaching career.

Both courses are good, it depends on where your interest lies. If you are also planning to take one of these subjects as your mains optional, then I would suggest please go through the UPSC syllabus and previous year question papers of mains stage and then decide which course would be best for you.
