For the information about direct admission in second year you need to visit government Polytechnic. They will tell you whether they give admissions directly in second year or not. If yes, they will tell you the procedure for the same.

Admission is based on the marks obtained in class 10th.
Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed 10th standard or its equivalent with at least 35% aggregate marks.
Candidates passing 10th standard from Maharashtra State Board must have Maths/Mathematics (Code 71) and Science & Technology (Code 72) as compulsory subject.
Admission Process:
Admission is through Centralized Admission Process of Maharashtra based on marks obtained in class 10th.
