If you belong to OBC/SC/ST category then you will get admission in North campus colleges or if you belong to the general category then you will get south campus colleges. To download previous year's cut-off, visit Delhi University website.

Yes, you are eligible for AME, when you complete 3 year Diploma, but not class 12th with PCB group. After class 12th for taking admission for AME, you need PCM group.

Hi, yes with your subjects you are eligible for chemistry honors. The cut-offs will determine college wise admissions so keep a look out for the cut-offs. But be sure to fill the DU application form for all the colleges and courses that you wish to opt for. The cut-offs will be announced sometime in late June.

Yes, you're eligible for both universities. Your +2 percentage is good. But both of these universities select candidates on the basis of entrance exam and personal interviews. So, you'll have to prepare for that too.
