With 70.28 in cat i am not getting mba degree as most of the colleges with my score are offering Pgdm. after this want to do phd. What to do

in india, pgdm is same as mba, evn u can do phd after pgdm,after aicte pgdm,u also do phd bt not ugc aspect. don't focus degree.go high rank b school.bt if u plan u will do ugc phd or outside of india. then mba degree need.

For cap registeration only mh cet score is required or with cat i can apply? And am i suppose to go somewhere for registeration?

Yes, you can apply with your CAT, you don't need to have a CET score. you can register online and upload required documents but after that, you need to go for verification of documents at nearest facilitation centre.list of centre's you can download from the website.

My score in cat is 70.28 . with good score in 10th and 12th and 9.39 cgpa in college so far and have given gdpi in welingkar. any chance

Final decision depends upon college management but considering your marks yes there are chances, but it seems you have applied for PGDBM and if it so then my suggestion is instead of PGDBM go for MBA coz PGBDM is not considered if you plans for further studies in future and if you willin

Cap allotment (maharashtra) process is for mms and not for pgdm? I am looking forward for admission in welingkar mumbai.

yes CAP Allotment is for MMS/MBA only not for PGDBM since CAP is basically for degree course and PGDBM isn't the one.
Secondly welingkar is a good option but if you got good marks then go for better one such as dalmia or so.

Hello, the highest offered is Rs 16 lacs while the average is Rs 7-8 lacs per annum.

Hello, usually people who are in the waiting list get in the second list, so if you haven't gotten in the waiting list, it will be difficult to get through. You could look for other options.
