See, PGDM is offered by Institutes not affiliated to any University while MBA is offered by University affiliated Institutes. Decide the specialization and then look out for colleges which are excel in that specialization and then go for it. Don't get into whether MBA or PGDM.

The infrastructure and amenities are the best here at WeSchool.Faculty and packages are also reasonably good.So its a good option to do PGDM in finance from here.

Sorry I don't really know about the college you mentioned. Welingkar MMS is a Mumbai University course and MU is UGC recognized.

MMS admissions happen based on CET score. MAT, ATMA, CAT and others are taken into consideration but based on cumulative ranking.

Welingkar does not offer dual specialisation. It's a decent college overall.

For PGDM admission you need to apply separately. College issues separate forms for PGDM courses. There are a number of exams considered for PGDM admissions, CAT is one of them. Based on your score, you'll be shortlisted for Gd/pi. Based on your GD/PI performance you'll be admitted.
