Yes, you can but if you are thinking of pursuing Ph.D after your PGDM, most probably the reputed colleges require a degree. Just check out with the colleges that will provide you desired course.

What are my chances in BITS Pilani and Welingkar? I scored 79% in 10th, 81% in 12th, 73% in engineering and 74.91 percentile in CAT.

In today's all we want is a high placement from a college so prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your bachelor degree go for CAT preparation,
if you will be in 99-100 you may get a call from IIM so go for it.

I got selected at welingkar Bangalore however could not pay the fees on time and was unable to book my seat. Is there any solution now ?

The average CTC offered is around 5.5-6 for a fresher.

You can visit We-school's website and can download brochure about all the courses offered. Businesses design is a unique course that We-school offers its actually the first B school in India to offer a full time PGDM course in Business Design.
