Hi Devyani,
Congratulations on being shortlisted at above mentioned colleges. Choice of college totally depends on area of specialisation so if you want to opt for healthcare then Welingkar is a better option for you but if not that then IES MCRC would be the best option to explore each specialisation in 1st year and later studying in depth about you area of interest.

The cutoffs for reserved category change every year, depending upon the number of students applying under that particular category. Wait for your SC rank, which will be provided by DTE, to have a clear idea.

I can't comment for XIMB college. But I think if you were to ask me for Welingkar BD course, it is a very well-framed course for holistic learning. See the future prospects and then decide for yourself.
All the best!

Yes, in that case, the next best students are called if wait-listed students are also selected. But that happens rarely so keep your option open at somewhere else too.

Totally depends on personal choice but I think Welingkar Rural PGDM would be beneficial in terms of future scope and the learning matters. The placement here also is better than at IMT.

Yes, you can check it on the Shiksha portal itself. The MS course is also AICTE approved.

Sorry but as per my knowledge, the cutoff goes as low as 90%. I think the minimum is for ST caste, and it is still more than at least 96% for general category. Though if you have converted PGDM you can take it.
