If you interested in the managerial field should go for MBA, because you mentioned your programming skill is not strong. Also, you can join digital marketing training programme (2 or 3 months) with an internship. Because, digital marketing is a booming career option. After you can join as a digital marketer, then you can do MBA in correspondence. In other option, you can join a tech job. But, you don't have any industry experience. In our opinion, you should go for any 2 or 3 months job oriented course. You don't fit in current industry standards. So, you need industry experience. If possible, have some hands-on experience. It is always a good idea to join any job oriented course (training with internship), which will provide you with a good start and direction of preparation. After class 12th commerce, you can go for B.Sc (Computer Science). Eligibility for the same in most of the top universities is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English). It may vary with the university you choose. The most important thing is that from where you pursue your graduation. It is better to choose good institute or university, which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements.

To become a software engineer, you need to appear for the National level exam like IIT JEE and state level engineering exam. To apply for the exam, you should have Physics and Mathematics, as compulsory subjects and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology, as one of the optional subjects in your qualifying exam. Yes, every college 1st year students learn basic c programming in their 1sem or 2nd sem of 1st year, but I think it is too basic, if you want to learn programming at advance level you should do it by yourself or with the help of coaching guide.

Hi Rupinder, depends on your interest now. If you are not interested in programming, it's okay and I am sure you have a knack and aptitude for something else. Figure it out. There are courses in computers, which does not need programming at all, the analysis part. MS etc. are also options. You may also go for MS Management.
