Since, all the reputed institutions have their own way of selection similarly PSG institute of management also has a specific pathway to select and offer admission to candidates. The applicants need to perform well and score good in the entrance exams that are MAT, CAT, ATMA and TANCET. But TANCET is not the only entrance exam to get into PSG college. If you want to get admission into certain courses like MBA, MTech, you may appear for TANCET. The institute also accepts GATE score for some courses

PSG Institute of Management offers number of MBA programmes. The flagship programme of the institute is the MBA programme offered in affiliation to Anna University. The programme is offered for a duration of 2 years in Full-time mode. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree with 60% marks in aggregate in any discipline are eligible to apply for the programme. Candidates who are in final year of graduation can also apply, such students will be offered provisional admission which is subjected to the completion of their graduation.
