The age limit criteria for appearing in the PU CET (UG) exam depends on whether you belong to the general category or a reserved category. For instance, Candidates from the General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the exam year

No, probably not, because cutoff of class 12th marks for PU may go Like 93 % to 94% in boards, and if considering PCM it may be 95% or 96%. Good luck.
